General Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is not available to employees, trade partners, retailers, and distributors of Samsung, Cheil India Pvt. Ltd and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.
2. This offer is subject to promotional availability. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash”.
3. The customer will be required to pay a handling fee of Rs. 199 to process their Preferred choice of reward (OTT Pack or Merchandise and Rs. 65 towards booking movie tickets each month. In case the chosen reward is not available, then an alternate product (as per availability) will be offered to you. If you choose not to avail the alternate offer, then the amount paid by you (i.e. Rs. 199 towards shipping & handling fee) will be refunded back to you within 14 business days.
4. Only invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participant products), and prices including the GST clearly mentioned will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
5. No photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.
6. Only the purchases made between 08/07/2024 till 28/07/2024 (21 Days) will be considered for rewards.
7. The consumer can only register within 15 days of the purchase date.
8. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.
9. The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH & HINDI language only.
10. One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
11. Photocopied, torn or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
12. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
13. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
14. A maximum of one (1) voucher/reward code may be used per person, per mobile number, per email ID per invoice, per IMEI, per address during the promotion period. Any duplicate or tampered invoices will be invalidated and the code cannot be used further.
15. Only one voucher per booking per invoice will be entertained. Multiple Vouchers cannot be booked together on a single invoice. The user will be required to register the voucher within 5 days of their purchase or before the last date to register, whichever is earlier.
16. If you are registered with Do Not Disturb (DND) service, you will not receive an SMS confirmation from us. Please mail us at samsung@bigcity.in for any queries. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd has already emailed or sent by SMS, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd will not re-send the voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant.
17. The “How to Redeem” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
18. Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible in case the Voucher codes have expired for any reason whatsoever.
19. Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd and the Stores are not responsible for any loss or theft of the Vouchers. No duplicate Voucher shall be issued to the customers.
20. Customer purchase invoice/bill should have the customer's name and mobile number which shall be used to register their purchase on the promotional website to claim their rewards. No booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
21. Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung Or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
22. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
23. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
24. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
25. Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung Or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. Vouchers are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality/ availability of featured offers. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
26. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, Vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
27. Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as Vouchers under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. of such a product or service.
28. The Terms and Conditions of the offer can be changed during the promotional period by PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD or by Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung.
29. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.

Terms & Conditions for Merchandise
1. The images shown in the rewards catalog are indicative of the product being offered, the actual product, its color and design may vary from the displayed image.
2. Gifts/Products will be accompanied by warranty information wherever applicable from the manufacturer and claims must be directed to the manufacturers directly.
3. Merchandise once ordered cannot be returned/ exchanged unless the merchandise is delivered defective. In case the product delivered to you is defective, please contact our helpdesk within 24 hours of delivery of the merchandise, in case of failure to do so, the reward shall be considered as accepted by the customer.
4. Defective goods will be replaced or an alternate product will be delivered if the defect is reported within 24 hours of receiving the defective product. Call helpdesk to report a product as defective.
5. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will do an address specific dispatch of redeemed items. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the correct address is updated and concerned people at his home/office (as the case may be) are kept informed. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for non-receipt of redeemed items on account of deliveries done to any other person at the registered address other than the customer.
6. No dispatch shall be made to P.O. Box addresses or to addresses outside India.
7. Order will be delivered to participants within 21 business days of the order date depending on the participant pin code. In case of unforeseen delays SMS notification will be sent. Orders with multiple products may get delivered on different dates.
8. To the extent permitted by law, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any Gift/ reward. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
9. The offer/product cannot be exchanged for cash at any point.
10. No change in color, fit, size, brand etc. will be entertained once the order is placed.

Terms and Conditions - 3 Months Amazon Prime Membership Voucher
1. This 3-month Prime membership offer ("Offer"), is provided to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") on the website www.amazon.in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, "Amazon.in"), in respect of Amazon.in Prime membership ("Prime") made available by Amazon.
2. This offer is in relation to the 3-month term/tenure of Prime ("3-Months Prime") which is a limited period promotional offering unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability.
3. These terms and Conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Prime terms and Conditions ("Prime Terms") and the applicable Privacy Notice, to which you agree by availing Prime. In the event of any conflict between such terms and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, for the purposes of this Offer. 6. The Prime Membership Voucher once activated cannot be canceled or refunded.

Terms and Conditions: 3 Months Hotstar Mobile Subscription Voucher (Mobile Only Plan)
1. This is a Hotstar Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on their website.
2. The subscription can be used by new or existing Hotstar Platform users. Those not registered on the service will need to register themselves first.
3. To redeem the voucher code, go to www.hotstar.com/redeem. Customers can enter the voucher code details in the promo code section.
4. This service is only available on the web at www.hotstar.com/redeem. Every voucher code will be applicable for a specific subscription pack.

ZEE5 shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case of any failed transaction as part of this offer NOR liable for any failure relating to technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other issues of any kind to the extent that these may prevent the Customer from participating in this offer.
11. By availing this offer, it is deemed that the Customer has agreed to all the terms & conditions mentioned herein.

Terms & Conditions – 3 months Movie Card
1. This Movie Card offers the user 2 free movie tickets every month for 3 consecutive months at participating cinemas from Monday to Friday. Offer Valid in Rajasthan, India.
2. This movie card is not transferable, sellable or encashable.
3. Each movie card holder is entitled to 6 tickets of which a maximum of 2 tickets can be booked per month for 3 consecutive months.
4. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
5. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
6. To avail the offer, customer to show the SMS confirmation or a print out of the e-ticket at the venue.
7. Once booked, the ticket cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
8. The offer is open to residents of India only.
9. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
10. The voucher is valid for best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, Premier Shows and Gold class seats.
11. This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, IMAX and other special screenings
12. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
13. The theater manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply.
14. The holder of this voucher is not entitled to any preferential right over other moviegoers/ patrons.
15. Redemption of the ticket is subject to the availability of seats.
16. If during any month the quota is not utilized, the unutilized amount cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited.
17. The customer has to activate the card within 15 days of receiving the reward code.
18. Only registered movie cards with Unique Registration Numbers will be valid for processing booking requests.
19. Failure to activate this movie card on or before the last date will render the movie card invalid and unusable. In such a case the movie card will not be revalidated or extended under any circumstances.
20. A convenience fee of Rs.65/- to be paid by the customer at the time of booking of movie tickets each month.
21. Our concierge representative will try to reach you up to a maximum of 2 times within 48 business hours of your preferred booking date to confirm your movie booking, in case the customer is non contactable, the booking request will be canceled and the actual amount paid by the customer will be refunded back to the customer's transaction bank account within 14 business days.
22. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any failed or incomplete transactions. All such queries to be taken up with the customer banking partner.

Terms and Conditions – Contest

Contest Details, Concept and Participation

a. These terms and conditions apply to the "Samsung Smartphone" Contest for consumers (hereinafter referred to as Contest") sponsored and launched by Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung (hereinafter referred to as “Samsung") wherein consumers can participate by registering on the contest website www.samsung.bigcityexperience.com.
b. The contest is valid only in Rajasthan from 08th July’24 to 28th July’24 (hereinafter referred as "Contest Period").
c. During the Contest Period:
i. Every week 20 winners, total 60 winners will be selected from Rajasthan to win Rs 9999 Gold eGift Voucher.
d. All IPR rights including trademark, copyright and designs used are the property of their respective owners.
e. The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
f. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as "Participant" and collectively as "Participants".
g. Samsung reserves the right to terminate, cancel, amend, or suspend the Contest at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to participants. No claims or questions shall be entertained in this regard.

2. Participant Agreement to Terms and Conditions
a. By participating in this contest, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions available on www.samsung.bigcityexperience.com ("Contest Website"). The decisions of Samsung will be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Successfully entering the Contest and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
b. Samsung reserves the right to exclude any person from the contest on grounds of misconduct or criminal record or for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper. No communication in the regards will be entertained.
c. Samsung reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Contest and/or deletion or addition of any of the terms and conditions of the Promo, at any time at its absolute discretion, without advance notice and / or assigning any reason thereof. All decisions of Samsung in respect of the Contest and the prizes therein will be final, binding and conclusive.

3. Eligibility to Participate
a. This Contest will be open to all the residents of India with the exception of Samsung employees, their immediate family members and the Partner agency.
b. Participant must be a natural person and competent to enter into a binding contract under the applicable law of India. 
c. This contest is open for adults above 18 years at the time participating in the contest or a or minors with the supervision of his/her parents/legal guardians can participate.
d. Samsung or its Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), Samsung or its Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Contest.
e. Samsung reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any participant from the Contest on grounds of:
• acting or having the intention to act in a dishonest or fraudulent manner or in bad faith.
• Samsung shall have the right to cancel multiple entries at its sole discretion.
• Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest.
• Acting in violation of these T&Cs of this Contest.
• Entries being offensive, distasteful, unacceptable, or against the ethos and principles of Samsung or which may be considered disparaging.
• For any other reasons deemed fit and proper by Samsung.

4. Contest Period & Contest Timings
a. The contest will commence from 12.00:01 AM on 8th July’24 to 11:59:59 PM on 28th July’24.
b. Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the Online mode of participation at the Contest Website.
c. Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be considered for winner selection.
d. The contest shall run on the following SKUs of Samsung: Smartphone under Rs 40,000 MRP.

5. Prizes
a. During the Contest Period:
i. Every week 20 winners, total 60 winners will be selected from Rajasthan to win Rs 9999 Gold eGift Voucher.

6. How to Participate
a. Each participant is allowed to enter once using a mobile number throughout the duration of the contest.
b. Participants will be required to register on the contest website www.samsung.bigcityexperience.com during the contest period.
c. Samsung and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
i. For any SPAM generated messages
ii. For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user's mobile phones
iii. For any SMS message delivery failures
iv. Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. 
v. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ - Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
vi. Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. 
vii. Any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, loss, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website.
viii. Injury or damage to Participants’ computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest.
ix. If the Participants do not have mobile phones or other gadgets or means that support the Contest link/technical requirements.
x. If the Participant has registered himself/herself to the DND of the telecom provider/the Participant has registered with the National Do Not Call Registry/Participant has specifically requested not to receive messages for the specific contests
xi. Other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

Winner Selection
a. Any participant can win only once during the contest period with the same mobile number and email ID.
b. From the Valid Entries received, the Organizer will select 60 winners who will win Prizes throughout the Promotion Period (“Winners”).
c. Winners will be selected by external auditor using randomizer software irrespective of the time of the entry.
d. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Samsung.
e. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time and manner, the prize will be forfeited, and no cash alternative will be provided. Prizes must be accepted as offered and cannot be altered. 
f. Unclaimed prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for other goods or services or exchanged for cash.
g. The Prize (including any merchandise) is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of quality, suitability, or comfort or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Samsung and/or Partner Agency shall not be liable for any kind of defect or deficiency in the Prize. If any Winner has any grievance with respect to the Prizes, the Winner shall directly contact the manufacturer or supplier.
h. The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
i. Samsung  or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of Samsung or its Partner Agency, and under no circumstances, Samsung shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
j. Any participant of the contest who wins any one of the prizes during the Contest Period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes. 
k. The winner generation for Prizes will be done on the basis of Valid IMEI + Unique mobile number.

2. Contacting Winners
a. Once the Winners are selected, the Partner Agency appointed by Samsung shall scrutinize all documents. If all the documents submitted are in order and valid then be treated as a Confirmed Winner.
b. The winner will receive the prize details along with the redemption link to claim the prize via SMS and email.
c. No prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the contest is not factually correct.
d. In the event of death of the Confirmed Winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Confirmed Winner shall be entertained for receiving the prize.
e. In the event the shortlisted Winner's number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, up to two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant on their winning mobile number. If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Participant's participation in the Contest comes to an end and the Participant's entry shall stand canceled/forfeited and the Participant becomes ineligible to receive the prize.

3. Publicity
a. The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Samsung to cover the Contest through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
b. The winners must, at the request of Samsung, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Samsung using their name and image in promotional material.

4. Gold Gift Voucher T&C
a. This Gift Voucher is valid only for the purchase of the brand’s products from authorized showrooms.
b. This Gift Voucher is only entitled to a credit to the extent of the face value of the voucher.
c. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the balance is non-refundable.
d. The Gift Vouchers are valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of issuance by the brand.
e. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Voucher.
f. Gift Voucher can be combined with other ongoing offers at brand stores.
g. Customers are required to bring along Photo ID proof (with address) for redeeming the Gift Voucher. Below mentioned ID proofs will be valid –

iii. Driving License
iv. Passport

i. Walk into the brand store.
ii. Select the applicable brand product, based on the Gift card type (refer terms & conditions).
iii. At the Billing Counter, inform the cashier about the choice of making payment using Gift Cards.
iv. Cashier selects Gift Card as payment mode, submits Gift Card & PIN details in the system and completes the billing process
