1. Customer to Scan the QR/login to visit www.samsung.bigcityexperience.com and enter details like Name, Mobile Number , Email ID, Select City, Store Name, Date of Invoice, Product Purchased and uploads Invoice along with picture of IMEI number on phone.

2. Post successful validation of the Invoice & IMEI Number, customer will receive the Reward Code and weblink to claim the reward within 24-48 business hours.

3. Customer to visit the promotional website and enter reward code, name, email & submit to receive OTP.

4. Customer enters OTP to visit the booking page to select their choice of reward and makes a payment of Rs. 199

(i) For Digital Rewards: The customer to get their subscription codes within 48 business hours on their registered mobile number.

(ii) For Merchandise Rewards: Customer to share their complete shipping address to receive their chosen product within 21 business days.

(iii) For Movie Tickets: Customer to pay Rs. 65 toward the booking of movie tickets. Our concierge will call you 24 hours prior to your booking date and time. Once confirmed, your m-ticket/e-ticket will be sent on your registered mobile number.
